Program Description

The 2010 Annual Association Law Symposium in Washington, DC is the definitive legal education event that addresses the most pressing issues in association and nonprofit law today. It is an exclusive learning and networking opportunity primarily focused on association and nonprofit in-house counsel, representing primarily Section 501(c)(6) and Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations, as well as attorneys from firms with nonprofit or association practices. Program content is high level, providing timely and relevant updates and changes to existing laws and legal precedents, explanations of new laws and regulations, as well as tips and practical tools that can be implemented back at the office.

This one day annual conference aims to share both new and innovative solutions for strategic and operational challenges and ideas on how to lead organizations forward as well as the critical legal happenings that can ensure operations at the highest legal caliber and providing fiduciary responsibility for your own members.

We're Paper-lite in 2010!
In an effort to increase the quality and timeliness of the legal resources provided through this symposium, the Annual Association Law Symposium in Washington, DC will be "paper-lite" in 2009.
